Saint Angela Feast Day
Sat 27 Jan 2024We have been reflecting on the life of Saint Angela with Sister Alice this week.
We encourage you to join with us in sharing our Ursuline prayer, which comes from the writings of Saint Angela, this Saturday at 3:40pm (15:40 on the 27th January is the year and day St Angela died).
Gracious God,
Let us remain in harmony,
United together all of one heart and one will.
Let us be bound to one another by the bond of love.
Respecting each other, helping each other
and bearing with each other in Jesus Christ. For if we try to be like this, without any doubt,
the Lord God will be in our midst.Amen.

Exam Certificate Collection
Fri 08 Dec 2023Academic Year 2022-2023 Certificate Collection.
From Monday 11th December until Monday 18th December 2023 during school opening hours, former Y11, Y12 and Y13 students will be able to collect their examination certificate for academic year 2022-2023 from Reception.
As these are legal documents they will need to be signed for.
If the student themselves are unable to collect the certificates during this timeframe someone may do this on their behalf. However, prior communication must be received to allow this to happen. The student themselves must email the Examination Officer stating that they are not able to collect their certificate and must state who is collecting their certificate on their behalf. The person collecting the certificate must bring photographic ID.
If no one is able to collect the certificates during this timeframe we can arrange an alternative time to collect certificates during school opening hours. Please email the Examination Officer to arrange this, detailing the academic year (e.g) 2022-2023 and school year (e.g. Y11 or Y12) and when you are intending to collect the certificates.
If you have not collected previous years certificates, please email Examination Officer with the academic year, exams where completed and school year. We will then be able to check if we still have your certificate and can arrange a time for you to collect them.
Schools are only legally required to keep examination certificates for 1 year. It is recommended you collect these certificates as Universities and Jobs will request these. If we no longer hold copies of your certificates you are able to request new certified statement of results from each examination board.
More information can be found at
https://www.gov.uk/replacement-exam-certificate.
Please be aware you may need to pay a fee to obtain certified statement of results.
Exam Officer: Miss King kingg@ursuline.kent.sch.uk
