Issues with Logging In?
For the majority of pupils and parents logging is in very straight forward, but there are some issues that arise that we can resolve for you.
- Multiple log ins for your children/wards.
- If this is the case then please contact IT services, they will resolve this so that you only have one login for all of the pupils under your care.
- Error message, unable to identify your account due to multiple entries
- If this is the case then please contact IT services, they will resolve this for you, as you.
- Unable to find Microsoft account (Students)
- We have found that if you log into Office 365 with your student accounts first and have this open, Edulink is then able to find your Microsoft account and log you in. Usually, once you have done this once it will be able to find your account much easier afterwards.
