GCSE 2022-23 - Results Day Information for External Applicants

We very much hope that you meet entry criteria in order to join us at the Ursuline College Sixth Form and study your chosen subjects.

On Results Day you will need to attend the Ursuline College Sixth Form Centre for a meeting with either Mr Joyce, Miss Billings or Miss Lancefield to discuss your results.

You should bring with you evidence of your results as well as your birth certificate or passport (unless this has already been seen by the school). We will check that you meet both basic entry criteria as well as subject specific criteria and if you do, will formally offer you a place in our Sixth Form.

If you have already received a conditional offer, please attend between 11am-midday. If you do not hold a conditional offer or have not yet made an application, please attend from 12-1pm and an offer may be discussed with you. The school will be closed from 2pm on this day and staff will be unavailable until Thursday 31st August.

If you are unable to attend but believe you have met entry criteria, please email Mr Joyce onsixthform@ursuline.kent.sch.uk by Wednesday, 30th August, attaching a copy of your results and confirming that you wish to attend our Sixth Form and which subjects you would like to study. Mr Joyce will arrange a time to meet you on Thursday, 31st to discuss your enrolment further.

If you have not met subject specific entry criteria for one of your chosen subjects, we will liaise with you as to what is the best option to then take.

We very much look forward to hearing from you and wish you the very best of luck for your forthcoming results.
