Assessment of the qualification

Assessment

1. Sections 1-5 and 6.1(Periodic motion) - written exam: 2 hours - 60 marks of short and long answer questions and 25 multiple choice questions

2. Sections 7, 8 and 6.2(Thermal physics) - written exam 2 hours - 60 marks of short and long answer questions and 25 multiple choice questions

3. Section 1-8 practical skills and data analysis and Option section - written exam: 2 hours - 45 marks of short and long answer questions and 35 marks of short and long answer questions on the optional topic

                                                               

Practical endorsement for physics – minimum of 12 practical activities completed over the 2 years
